Timelines:
All our outfits are handcrafted, so please allow 15-20 working days for dispatch, both for domestic and international orders.
During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political unrest or public curfews), dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10-15 days. We will notify you via email or call if such delays occur.
Receiving Order Guidelines:
To ensure your order arrives in good condition, we ask that you record an unboxing video and take photos with a time stamp within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please record a video, take photos, and do not accept the delivery. Send the images, video, and order number to us via email so we can address the issue promptly and resolve any claims with the shipment agency.
Process:
- After placing your order, it enters our processing system. Once your item(s) pass through quality checks and are securely packed, they are handed over to our delivery partners. You will receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your order on the courier partner's website.
- Worldwide shipping: We ship to 220+ destinations across the world. You can check the shipping eligibility in your city/country at the time of the order checkout.
